High Beam is the BEST!!! :)
OMG, buying new makeup TOTALLY makes me happy! Over the weekend I splurged on a new Laura Mercier mineral foundation kit :)
I've never heard of High Beam but that looks very fun. I love getting new make-up too. Something about it makes me feel extra fresh and special. Kind of like when you wear that new dress or pair of shoes for the first time.
